Spoke to Damian . . .

Asked him about the delisting concern with respect to bulletin board stocks that were not reporting companies. He was glad I asked and wanted me to pass on to anyone I knew who was invested that Accsys is actively implementing the steps necessary to become a reporting company, and meet any NASDAQ requirements necessary for a small cap board listing. Don't misinterpret this to mean that Accsys will meet the $3 requirement for listing on the Nasdaq exchange, rather this is for the small cap Nasdaq board of reporting companies. I am quite sure that when Accsys is ready for the more stringent requirements of a full listing on the Nasdaq exchange (including the $3 price and other financial requirements), they will do so in a hurry. Damian is no fan of OTC trading just as we are not. Obviously, a lot will have to happen before we reach that stage though. In the mean time, nice to hear he is actively on track to becoming a fully reporting company.
