I will throw my opinion in here since there is a lot of talk about MIDL, or MIDLP or MIDLW.
I have also owned MIDL for quite a while now and have steadily bought the common up until today.
MIDLP is the way to go. If you believe this company is for real as I and others here do -- you are buying the shares for less than half of the common price. These preferred shares convert automatically in October 35:1 -- that is not that far away anymore folks.
For those who are concerned about future dilution when the preferred and probably the warrants are converted and exercised -- the MIDLP gets you on the right side of that dilution.
I regret not buying more MIDLP previously as I spent a lot more money on the common for a lot less shares.
I too believe that 25% is a silly target -- pennies are high risk -- if you are not in them for high reward than your strategy is flawed.
I bought a bunch of preferred shares today and as money becomes available, I will continue to buy the preferred over the others.
