If this was a wedding the minister (priest) would say " Buy now or pay more." John if you are able to comment after your jet-lag can you give a couple examples of how long legal dd has taken other companies? Please don't say that in Canada it can take years. Off topic: Did you notice the Supream Court of Canada has just given a completely different meaning to, "our home and native land" Who says the other world is not a great place to do business in?

Maybe that was a little confusing - the termsheet has been accepted by Steppe Gold - as though we would not? The due diligence and documentation of this type of transaction takesa min of a couple of months. This can be made more difficult if there are environmanetal or permitting problems (we announced the environmental and prelim. contrstion permitting some time ago), title issues or an inability to contract suitable to the banks - title issues in regard to Mizek would seem to be pretty clear. Hope this answers your questions.
