David,

I apologize; I read your profile after I posted you. You are a long-time SI member. I was just trying to fill you in on the history of this thread. Don't go away. This thread isn't about heads getting chopped off.

Good evening David, I hope that you will continue to post as we really would love to have you. I do think that your opinion is important and we do welcome everyones thoughts.

About this romance going on, I am not sure exactly what posts that you are referring to as I sometimes miss some of the posts, but we do do a lot of kidding around so maybe you mistook something. I do hope that you will stay around.

Have a good evening. ************GO INTEL FOREVER************

Kind regards,
Margaret

David, I did not realize you had gotten already so many posts before I wrote. I was out and just read all the posts and you ARE too sensitive. Some of our posters have been on the literary thread, or whatever it's called, and have aquired a certain romantic style. What is the diff. if you say something as a matter of fact or sweet as pie? And as you have already observed, it's not that often. You already gave me your answer in that private message but one day you may change your mind. There are worse things in life to get ticked off about. Like when our stocks go down? gg.

BTW, what do you think about CPQ/DEC? Do you feel it will hurt IBM some? It had been going down when this merger was announced but went up on Wednesday. Do you feel this merger is beneficial to CPQ?

Take care

Sonny

BTW, I am a lurker on various threads when I want to find some opinions on a specific stock but don't feel like posting. Everybody lurks I think.
