There were some truly amazing mechanics done to get to this perch as well as to construct the next levels up. That pulse that doesn't anchor a downtrend track - - - price was already there. A track has to start from above. There was no "above". It had to be constructed first.
Pulses on the black lines are starting to become almost frequent.
