Ok, so I went back and re-checked the label to certify my memory and I believe the calculations while appreciated are unnecessary... The label reads verbatim -- Zinc (From Zinc Citrate)................................30mg (I take one cap twice a day) I think this means that they put enough Zinc Citrate in the caps to yield 30mg of elemental Zinc per cap. I'm open to other interpretations. Thing that bothers me is that the label tells me that's 273% of daily requirement, hence my question. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.
