They have to go in for some time to do some engineering work for the road this year. In 1999 they have to build the road and set up the rest of the operation. It is only possible that they mine anything, even in 1999. It is more likely that they will begin operations in 2000. They will have to raise, or secure the big money sometime before the spring of 1999, if this timing works out. Rich
