Dr Hahn seems to be a nice guy who is simply not tough enough to fight in this battle. He tried to explain that the withdrawal of the Emergency Use Authorization was not meant to interfere with off label prescribing of HCQ. And technically, it didn’t - but in reality, it had a big negative impact. If Dems win in November, all the issues with the pandemic will be blamed on the Orange Man Bad. But if the Republicans win, it will be interesting. Looks like we do not have an effective mechanism of dealing with national emergencies.
