I'm sorry,

I didn't respond very clearly...

I knew you were buying options on the commodity. What you are saying is true, with an option on a commodity you are only risking the money you pay for the option. I just don't know enough about them to be of much help.

I have a pretty good feel for options on stocks and some of the strategies involved in making money from them, I know that you can do many of the same strategies with options on commodities.

I took Larry Williams, Jake Bernstien, and Ken Roberts classes (please excuse the spelling on the names) on them but realized that it would take more capital than I had to do it right. (Larry Williams Recommends a min. of $20,000 I believe).

Of the 3 courses I felt that Larry Williams and Jake Bernstien were the best... I can't recommend Ken Roberts I don't think you got enough information for the price plus he makes it sound too easy.

I also recommend you do a net search for commodities, I found a lot of good information on the web. There are several sites including the Chicago Board of Trade. (http://www.cbot.com)that can hopefully give you the information you need.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck
