Although I'm not so naive to believe that any mgmt doesn't talk to analysts privately and the little guys like us can get left out in the cold, I can't support your thinking that this has something to do with the selloff. First, the volume has not been strong on the downside. Secondly, we are not aware of any major holdings by institutions. I had a rather candid posting about this with one of the semi-regulars here about a month ago on this. We could only account for three institutions holding the stock of which one was Fidelity.

Just my thoughts on your post.

Duncan - Perhaps. But volume has not been significant during the last two days negativity. If there were something seriously wrong, I would suspect volume back up in 500K plus - similar to how volume was three months ago.
