The riots are going to end up saving us by getting us to herd immunity. And, hopefully, have the salutary effect of getting Dems tossed out of office for dereliction of duty.

I was just eyeballing a couple of them last night. I had the sense if they tried the countermeasures it made the graphs “lumpier” but if it made a difference, didn’t seem to be much in the long run.

Was flatten the Curve the "right" option??

Remember this graph ??

We were told that we had to hit the "off" switch and kill the economy to avoid
over whelming our healthcare capabilities vs letting the virus "run it's course" ..

The reality ( it appears ) was that the "spike" experienced by the "run it's course"
approach ( for those States and countries that chose/experienced that option )
was not sufficiently "high" to over whelm their health care infrastructure ..
The "benefit" was getting their CV-19 pandemic experience behind them quicker ..

Triff ..
