Dr. Bond - -- As it doesn't appear likely that any of us can make it to the PACO/Vivus facilities, is there any way you can debrief one of your analysts and post the results on here? -- At this point, with everything going on: plant site visit for analysts, ad campaign, new facilities on-line, increased sales #'s, etc . . . I can't imagine anything but stellar product sales for the next several quarters - at a minimum. If not, these guys running Vivus are the biggest fools in history - and I think they've proven with the Superbowl press reports - that they are indeed very competent. Out.

DR.BOND, today Vivus held up pretty good on low volume. no sellers. At the end I believe there was one short seller who at 1552 dumped ~ 70000 shares. In the past this would have caused a significant price decline ; instead today it only moved the price down 1/8 and there was no change in the ask: bid ratio of 5:12, 10:16. Buyers came right away and picked the price up. Yesterday I was only able to buy at 14 3/8, half the amount. My 14 1/4 didn't go. I had a buy today in at 14 1/8 and that didn't go. I will try and accummulate at the 14 +/- 0.1 aerea, but I doubt I'll be able to. Getting ready for 20. We'll have to evalute the strength of the market at that level. With the AD bus, this stock may go up fast. When Vivus first came out of 14 ~ Feb? 97 , daily rises of 2 or even 3 points were common and it went to 38 very fast 3-4 weeks? ( haven't looked at the chart ). Overall positive today. And now tomorrow. Back tonite or tomorrow TA
