Gary, You are quite correct on all counts. I make the assumption that most will buy the common in spite of what I say because it is more freely traded and does not have a killer spred like the preferred. Most are not going to hang until October -- that is a fair assumption also. I would, however, rather see people buy the preferred as it "forces" them to hang on and take a more active role in the common stock at a later date. We are all after the same thing here -- shareholders who see the potential and are willing to hang around until that potential is realized.
