Anyone have any idea why WIND seemed to drop today seemingly RIGHT AFTER the Symbios announcement came out? Or did I read the chart wrong?

Thanx

mac :)

I believe that I am correct in saying that Nortel is already shipping product with VxWorks inside, and has not yet succeeded with OS9 inside.

Probably, but to my knowledge this is purely because the products based on VxWorks have been in development longer than those with OS-9. I don't think the relative merits of these two platforms can be judged based on this situation. If a company were to attempt to implement the same product with each operating system you'd have an interesting comparison (although still subject to many other variables), but I've never heard of this being done on any significant project.
