Interesting find. According to the most recent inspection conducted by PCAOB in 2016, EisnerAmper had multiple audit deficiencies. The firm had insufficient audit procedures for revenues, inventories, and allowance and provision for chargeback Fortunately NNVC doesn't have any of that stuff to audit. Since 2007, NanoViricides has been consistently late in its annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q filings with the SEC They've been no more consistent about that than they have about anything else.
