Michael and/or Joe,
I really appreciate the fact that you guys are here on SI -- more companies should use this forum -- cuts down on the phone calls and other distractions that keep you guys from making all of us money.
Anyhow...
I want to ask you about a company called "faxsav." I recently bought a bunch of scanners for the government and included in assorted offers was an offer from this company for 20 free pages.
I will explain the promotion in case you are not aware of this firm.
"FaxSav's global network, the world's premier Internet faxing network, provides the most dependable, versatile and low-cost faxing. Simply send documents over the Internet to the FaxSav Global Network for delivery to fax machines worldwide. FaxSav saves you money and ensures accountability for your faxes."

Having said all of that I would like to know if this is a competitor? If so, how competitive is your product? If not, what are the differences?
Pardon me if I have not done enough research to understand what you Cyberfax is exactly. I just saw this and it caught my eye.
I have more information if it would be helpful.
Thanks,
Eric
