Guess your right...the bar is low, and the analysts have no impact on the stock's performance. I guess they should all go out and get teaching jobs. <ggg>

Post KE address and I will join you, and the others on this thread, in sending in my 2 cents. Simple, and effective way, of making a shareholder statement, <ggg>

Concerning the Budget for advertizing in the coming year:

Haven't heard this said, so I think it is worth pointing out. I beleive that much of the advertising budget for (especially) the third and fourth quarters is probably going to be used to promote the bejesus out of Clik! and Clik!-enabled devices (and - to a lesser extent - Buzz et al).

SOme of the money will go toward cooperative ads with makers and sellers of clik!-enabled devices.

I make this point because others seem unaware of it: All the discussions I have read concerning the possible impact of the advertizing budget talk about it as if it were all going to be applied to increasiing zip and Jaz sales.

PS>FWIW, I think Clik! will be bigger than Zip: I've been waiting for truly portable, large-capacity storage. Zip isn't it. Clik! is. I think there are millions like me who want to take the days work home without facing the annoyance of having to log in to the corporate network from home. Not to mention many corporations support functions looking for an easy way to carry programs to client machines for importing: Zip has the capacity - but it's too bulky for field people to carry around. Clik! isn't. Floppies (of course) are ridiculous.

PPS> I hope that Iomega has the presence of mind to work with companies - like Lotus and Microsoft - to create functions in Notes and e-mail programs to allow email and schedules to be exported/imported to Clik!
