Gary, Hype will kill this stock as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow! I have a substantial holding, and it is a LONG only. And a speculative long at that. With all the company has been doing, it was a coffee company, then a bearing company and a casino company, now an energy company, no SEC filings I know of that show earnings based on those deals. Who knows what will happen. I got burned big time on MDCE, with all that hype, it shot up and fell back because people got impatient. People bought that at .34 and now where do they sit??? People, just do what you have been doing with this one, slowly accumulate, let the company get the word out. A sell first thing in the AM will drop the bid and ask on this again, you'll all see that no 'run' has started. Someone will get burned if this is hyped and some selling starts. Just my opinion, lets be smart here. Sheri

I agree GaBard.For a couple of months MIDL had laid dormant. Now with the Energy company in its fold;it's management,potential,and type of industry,it has attracted some attention.Some people seem to have "stars" in their eyes.The "P" is a long long-term hold.How many of us have held a penny stock for months and months and months;common let alone "P". Usually, the term "long" means a couple or three months to most people from what I've seen.Don't chase any stock or type of stock to far.The common has a tighter spread and is moving OK on new interest.Set your buying limits with a sound mind,not emotion.MIDL is just starting,not mature yet. The future does look good and I'm positive about MIDL.Just wouldn't want anyone to get bruised at this early juncture. Off the soapbox,now. Thanks, Jimbo
