Bill, Mpact Immedia is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The symbol is IFM. Most online quote services have a notation for the TSE. For example Quote.com, last I checked, requires "TSE:" preceding the symbol. On Yahoo! I use IFM.TO.

You should be able to buy foreign securities through any half decent broker but you will probably pay higher commissions. Some US brokers make it easier to trade Toronto stocks than they do to buy on London, Frankfurt, Paris, Sydney, etc.
