Most of the original investors (plus management) do not have publicly registered shares (i.e., this company does not file 10-K, 10-Q's yet with the SEC. They are currently registering warrants issued in connection with their reverse merger (the backdoor IPO). Once they are declared effective they will begin to file documents with the SEC. Anyway, only the original shares and those shares used in acquisitions (that have survived the lock-up) are currently trading (i.e., thin float). I don't want to sound alarmist about this company. I just want people to be careful to do their due diligence. Figure out the total fully-diluted shares outstanding (including the earn-out shares) and multiply by the current stock price. Now divide that by a reasonable P/E. You pick. Have the revenues even hit that level? - brian

Les, I've revisited the most recent press releases from Plastic Lumber this past week-end and would like to high-light a few very pertinent points. If we look at the release of January 21, 1998 and " read between the lines " and I quote : " US Plastic Lumber is on the verge of entering huge new markets for it's structural and non- structural product lines for which the company owns significant patent rights", stated Mr. Lupo " Quite frankly, it's been a long time since I've seen products this innovative and superior in their performance US Plastic Lumber has the products to be the dominant player in these markets.
