No problem - here are some facts for your consideration-

ZE essentially invented the VSB transmission that is necessary for broadcasting digital signals (HDTV). They will receive a royalty for every machine (TV, PC etc) that receives digital signals. Finacial analysts on the street are largly unaware of this. ZE is not big on announcing these things.

LGE (Korean firm) owns 54% of ZE. ZE bonds were downgraded recently because of potential impact of the Korean financial situation. The fact is the LGE is financially sound and are standing by ZE.

INTEL chips being incorporated with ZE technology will result in increased VSB use and an additional 'cash cow'. Not largely recognized by the street.

ZE has the exclusive distribution rights for DVDX will Circuit City.

ZE will be producing and selling HDTV in early summer manufactured from their low cost Mexico facility.

PRODUCTION and sale of HDTV (in low cost Mexico) will at the very least be more profitable than any other product line that ZE currently has

DIGITAL broadcasting will roll out a whole lot faster than originally thought

6,000,000 SHORTS are going to get their collecive shorts handed to them!

There are more opportunities that ZE has. They need to demonstrate that they can turn their engineering edge into some sales and start making a profit. That is what is holding this stock down. As bob has been saying - once they turn a profit the stock will be in the 50's. The street is merely waiting to see if the new CEO & CFO can turn the company around.

Hope this helps.

Bob & Scott , I know that my details are not perfect - but - close enough for government work -

Will be interesting to see if she can power past 7 1/2.

Cheers ---- Jim
