Phill, I don't remember for sure if anyone asked Ira about reg S shares. But I CAN'T imagine a company in as strong of a financial condition as FAMH is in, that is making money and is NOT heavily in debt, to even consider reg S shares. There would be no need for that type of financing.

Reg S financing is typically used as a last resort when a company has no other options. FAMH was just able to obtain a 25 million dollar line of credit. That should say something about their financial condition.
