You're really putting a damper on my plans!!!

I'd already maxed out my credit cards for this one and was hoping to pay it back before the bills came due, pulled in all my home equity with a third mortgage too!!! And now.... YOU really know how to spoil a good party!!!

<just kidding ;-))) >> in case anyone really thought I was that insane.....

(Get into options if ya want some quick action) I'd rather see a nice long base/foundation built in any issues....run up's from there stand a better chance of being sustainable.

Gary,

It sure was interesting to see the action on MIDLP last two days. I must admit that reading your DD got me excited, but then I remembered what happened the last few times you posted exciting DD on SI. This time I decided to let the herd pass (I was once a part of it) and make up my mind when the dust settles. Time will show if it was a wise move.

Thanks again for the DD and for BTS. I am trying it out.
