Ken,

1) This is not necessarily a negative in current situation, right?

Institutions that made money on CYMI by selling it at a profit or shorting it may be interested in buying/covering at a current price that is much lower.

2) A company report that I saw today on Ameritrade gives a much smaller number for the net sales by institutions for the last three months that is much smaller(between 2 and 3 millions shares, I'll check up the exact number later). Not sure what three months are they talking about, but guess these are Oct-Dec.
