At the transaction the $20M loan is taken as a credit against the $100M purchase price, hence the balance of $80M in stock at roughly $19 per share are newly issued shares. The $15M in escrowed stock will be doled out quarterly. As was pointed out the market really only has to absorb in the short term approx 3.2M shares-Not that much given the current volumes-

Jim,

Today's market surely reflects you are probably correct about Power
shares starting to hit the market. At least, there are two big
blocks, each has 100,000 shares. One hit in the near noon, the other
one arrived around 3:30pm. Luckily, there are some supportive buyers
buying during the market slides. Another wave from Power tomorrow?
I certainly believe now it will come sooner than later.

Phil
