There you go again. That is immaterial to the conversation. It is nothing but a blip. But more importantly it makes my case because Warren changed, much to the chagrin of Republicans and ruled as a very progressive jurist!! So of interest, is that the Republicans hated Warren and have said since :"never again". In fact every time a supreme court justice is put forth by Republicans they remind themselves not to appoint a Warren. And in fact in the latest rulings by Roberts with the liberals, he is being compared to Warren i.e. pubs ask are we getting another Warren? Warren turned out to be a "Liberal" jurist which has been my point all along.!! Marshall McLuhan taught us the "medium is the message'. And the medium to all of the civil rights we saw realized in the last century for the first time in the history of humankind, was the advent of categorical compulsory education around the world and the synergistic effect of human intermingling and spread of new ideas. This has led to the enlightenment of the human species around he world and great progress in areas of civil and humanitarian rights and the extinction of barbaric practices like slavery, segregation, racism, misogyny, caste systems and patriarchal societies. This era is much like the Age of enlightenment in the 1700's..
