Fred, I was thinking of updating an article I did on CREAF a couple of months back. I have been pondering future strategic moves for CREAF.....

First I think that CREAF will consider acquisition of 3DFX. If Voodoo2 Chipsets are the best- why share this technology with fellow competitors? Or if you share it make them pay you a royalty.... So 3DFX is on the radar screen I bet.

Next I would guess that CREAF is looking closely at companies that design chipsets into motherboards and designers of sound integration software. I'm currently poking around the small caps checking those companies out.....Will report back if/when I find any likely leads....

Sincerely,

Doug F.

FF - Thanks for an excellent, concise analysis of CREAF's situation. As a growth-oriented investor I usually avoid stocks that pay dividends, and tend to like companies that can find better things to do with their resources than buying back their own stock. The interchange between you and Doug F. is very educational and I appreciate it.

Can you suggest a site through which I, as a layman who spends a lot of time listening to music, can learn what ISA and PCI are and their implications? Thanks
