C'mon guys. You interrupted the story of my life (and I was even going to gloss over the first three years). Go back to sleep, or whatever it is you were doing, and let me tell you more about myself. OR, do I have to say the "L" word?

Good night all and Al,

AD

Must I spell it out for you? If you have certs in hand, and put in a sell order, you are selling short (i.e. selling shares that are not in your account). If you are in good standing with your broker, they will allow this. You have 3 days to settle (i.e. deposit shares in brokerage account). The problem is, a lot of brokers will not allow you to sell OTC shares that are not held in your account (short sell). That is, you would have to deposit the shares BEFORE you could sell. By calling for certs, RMIL holders could make selling difficult. OF course, if RMIL does not resume trading, none of this matters at all.

BTW: Where I am from, Capiche means "get it".
