Softbank to sell U.S. Internet unit to Zulu-Tek
TOKYO, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Japan's Softbank Corp (9984.T) said on Thursday it would sell its U.S. Internet advertisement marketing unit to Zulu-Tek Inc, a New England-based Internet company.
The U.S. unit, Softbank Interactive Marketing Inc, currently employed about 90 people, a Softbank spokesman said.

The sale would be the first of an Internet-related business by Softbank, he said.

The spokesman declined to disclose the terms of the California-based unit's sale, but the Nihon Keizai Shimbun daily said on Thursday it would be sold for between 500 million yen and one billion yen.
