I talked to IR this morning, but didn't get any new information. Asked if there was any new press releases in the works . None Tried to get to the core of the matter as to why they have not halted trading in order to root out the problem. Said their attornies are on the case and could not say anything further. Asked why it's taking so long. Answer, these are legal matters that take time. I said the last news release about fundamentals being solid was deceiving because the number of shares outstanding has gone from 13 to 18 million, thus devaluating the stock. (In my book shares outstanding has a lot to do with fundamentals) Said would talk to the president on this matter. Do you see further devaluation. Answer I hope not. Well I hope not too. Told her that investors may start their own suits against the company if they do not get some straighforward answers soon. I don't want this to happen as it would just make matter worse. She will bring this up to the president as well. I am long and like most everyone else am waiting for the smoke to clear. -Chris .
