Pilot dead batteries....

David Whomever is right... I hope he hotsynced it. In that case, it will just reload (just like when you load that goofy pet dog application, and it messes everything up, and you have to do a hard reset to kill the dog, and...).

If I remember correctly, they promised that memory would still be there for at least a day or two, but six weeks is a long time for alkaline batteries, even if holding up the memory and the idling cpu just draws a trickle.

On the other hand, he must have started the six week vacation with low batteries, because I think I get more than that out of a new pair in my Pilot when I'm using it.
