Hello Haim, Re << TJ still playing TSLA? >>

Yes, I did this yesterday 5 minutes and one second before the market-close Message 32887296 , perhaps not astute but arguably agile, and thanks to C2’s reminder at 9 minutes & 2 seconds Message 32887283 and in any case am up 37% (can close the trade at 15.05 ask) over less than 24 hours, mathematically better than the cited article’s headline, “30% in 4 days

I believe we are in an unusual period of market behavior where many if not most can ‘make money’ irrespective of what they do as long as they do it w/ agility. Common sensical prudence can be helpful, Macro conviction could be fatal. When the market breaks, it shall hurt, in the meantime TSLA energy must be tapped.

At any given time we ought to be able to answer the simplest question, that which is not “is TSLA going to be higher or lower between now and __________ (year end, end-2021, etc), because the answer is ‘yes’

The simplest is “will TSLA rise between now and expiration” in so few days, the answer happens to be also yes, as the market is biased to be up, and we know options generally expire worthless, so we given expression to what we think we know, short options, wagering it shall go up, but not hold until expiration unless we are far from the out-of-the-money

I fundamentally believe the market shall crash, but not before it crashes, and safe to play over short periods.

I was wrong earlier in the original post << can close the trade at 15.05 ask >>, for can close the trade at 14.28, so did, to claim my daily bet win, 40% seems adequate. In “FortNight” the kids would be yelping “head-shot!” Or some variation. Same idea, different game. Is this investing? No, it is not. Is this a game? Yes, believe so.

The gaming is close to stupidity, but calculated stupidity, and close to many games, checkers for example, poker close, chess not quite, and far away from Go. When end? Dunno. Guessing 2026. Hoping 2032. Always games, but different games.

At this moment, in the time of this post, am out of TSLA.

Thinking through the what-if’s, conjecturing that which powers TSLA also gives impetus to KODK and facilitates gold, and as am long physical and unwilling to short against the physical, I try to short KODK and TSLA, as proxies for shorting against physical gold, albeit is days and weeks as opposed to the 20-years

Leaned against KODK and pushing back against TSLA, hedged in the KODK trade (premise: should KODK drop it tanks, else pierce upward one more time and am out) and

naked but far enough back of the front line in the TSLA wager (premise: cannot gain to the strike prices between now and expirations, and in any case there should be wobbling scare between now-price and Sept expiration), in one case 2,550 by end-Friday, and 3200 by end-18th Sept. Should be okay for the volatility scare. Am dumbfounded that anyone paid for the options. Amazing animal spirit meant to be blown up, without mercy, again and once more. I do not get the RobinHooders but do enjoy their companionship.

Also like the government timely and utilitarian subsidies. Very nice.

What else can we do when the armored car is idling, driver and guards taking a break next to trees, and cargo hold is loaded? GTA (grand theft auto) game says we make a break w/ the car.
