Tom,
I had to read your post twice, because the first time I read it, it didn't make sense...I thought I had missed something. I went back and read it later and I was right...it doesn't make sense. On the one hand, you say: "Hurting a company economically, or bad mouthing them simply hurts the employees of that company." And in the next paragraph, you say: "I already know that the lawsuits are going to
be victorious, but I just wish it would be sooner."
Seems to me if the lawsuit(s) progress at all there is going to be some financial impact, which in your words will hurt the employees.

BTW, the costs of the lawsuits probably won't impact until SIII deigns to respond to them, which I don't think they have, not to mention even recognize them. But, again, I could be wrong, since you unequivocally state that you know the lawsuits will be victorious. I didn't know they had already gone to court and that you were the judge appointed to hear case. Good luck, and be sure to keep an open mind and be even-handed in your decision.

James T.,

Wow, you know the lawsuits are going to be successful???

With such divine insight I shall be sure to consult with you if I ever decide to get married again.

Don't worry about Jan slipping. I'm sure he's quite adept at stepping "around" any refuse. In my experience, he's a man whose feet are planted firmly on the ground.

Onward,

George

I always do appreciate diverse and contrarian opinions presented in a
civil manner. It forces me to scrutinize my own rationale so that I
can never claim I wasn't told.

I have no major disagreement with your observations about management, but
there are better ways to address these issues, the next shareholders
meeting is one of those opportunities.
