<<IMHO MRVC has to be a screaming buy at 23. It was a strong buy at 30 something. What has changed? Negatives- Asia? Customer loss...maybe(Fujitsu)?, larger~shorts(Why)>>

From a fundamentals perspective MRVC only gets better and better. What has changed is right now the "fear" emotion has overridden the "greed" emotion and a lot of people are still on the sidelines, watching. I don't think the impact of Fujitsu (if any) is a factor here.

<<Positives- A little more name recognition, Cash infusion, Buy Out of Xyplex-BEST stated they were not concerned about MRVC meeting the numbers and issued another buy and five others think it's a strong buy.

What am I missing. The market will do what the market will do?>>

You aren't missing anything, techs (especially smaller ones) are still missing buyers, although yesterday was a positive sign that techs are going to move again. We need volume to rise.

Q4 earning will be good and MRVC will begin to move up again soon after (and perhaps in anticipation too).

I think you have to understand that the movement in almost any stock is coupled with how well (or how poorly) the group they are in is perceived in the marketplace as a whole. It takes tremendous earnings above and beyond the expectations of the analysts to move the stock up when the group it is in is moving sideways to down.

You need to buy when these sorts of situations occur and have confidence that when the market once again favors the group, they will first go to the large capitalization stocks in the group and then they will select the stocks with eps growth and stability.

In other words, CSCO (and perhaps ASND) will lead the group up because money can be easily deployed in these liquid stocks, but eventually MRVC will be recognized for the eps growth and stability.
