Bill, You will indeed find that IAIC is a piece of junk, strongly akin to Zitel in its pumped up overvaluation but--you can't short it and there aren't any options.
Best,
-Steve
P.S. The reason you can't find yak milk on the shelf is because they still use the Julian calendar in Uzbekistan so by the time the milk arrives at your corner market it's date stamp is already 13 days old so they send it back as stale. It terms of Y2k, they already fixed the rubber stamp they use on the containers

First, you CAN short IAIC. However, it's not easy now. I just had 700 shares of my position called away, and I am very well protected. It appears as if there is some hedging going on by intermediaries on a private placement--just a theory.

The Soros purchasers are White Rock Capital, who have Soros money to invest. If I'm correct, they are the same people who went long on DDIM early, then dumped it as it fell. I am assuming, but have not verified with them, that this is the same strategy being repeated.

IAIC is not a piece of junk. It is a real company with a real product which is being effectively promoted by Computer Associates. However, there are significant valuation issues.
