Elon Musk is one of the great entrepreneurs for the next 30 years. When he says, "I've had it with California, I'm going to Texas", they should listen to him. Not just because he is leaving, but because people will follow him. Austin should be careful about trying to cut police budgets (which is not going to happen, in spite of the City Council) because Gigafactories want cops in the area.
