Henry, sorry for the confusion, my note was a general one on the overall subject of rumour and I was only passing on the comment which I hoped would help to ease the tension on the thread in regard to this subject. My goal was to clarify the difference between hopeful speculation and specific rumour, as you also stated. And as a result prevent any stifling of our vigorous discussion here if it remains in the realm of what has happened, what we think about what has happenend, what is happening, what we think about related subjects and what we think might come to pass based on those actual events. ( or any number of other variations on the theme ) I hope that clarifies it. Again, my post was not a response to your comment specifically, but on the subject generally. Regards, Tom F.
