Clinton's speech had to be careful..if he were to refer to YR2000
problem average person has no control over it;also if he mentioned
another crisis down road, would have tapped into negative emotions
which he wanted to avoid-assume he wanted to be upbeat and give
the populace what it wanted; also would have been accused of trying
to take more focus off his problems.. those are my guesses
