I do not think insiders are dumping stock! According to my sources at a national brokerage in the states there is a large VSE position in this stock. Those persons make their income mainly from the daily manipulations in trading the stock (on a daily basis). Those persons are probably liquidating their position to place these assets in future issue on the VSE. They would not be interested in speculating on FRX. This is my spin of the present circumstances. I have no hard evidence. I am merely relying on me brokers statements to explain the present trading circumstances of this 10-12.5 trading range. I would be interested in your source about:" Market Makers are FRX insiders (on the VSE)". Also it is my understanding that the AMEX is not a "market makers" exchange but rather has a "specialist" type atmosphere. These are mt thoughts. I am not an insider. I am relatively heavily invested in this issue. Do your own homework. D Kost
