Sure does sound like something bigger is coming in feb. so its all speculation thus far. And there is so much spin on the European Standards talks, it's almost enough to warrant a Tylenol. Bet you a shilling that these uncompromising Europeans, unless there's an agreeable financial incentive to compensate for any "incompatible" equipment, will wind up in the same boat as the U.S. of A.
