Hi Duke60 - passed your comment to Dorsey, his reply: Here's the problem with the small groups having bullish percents. To have a statistically significant bullish percent, you need a minimum of 100 stocks in it. When you have a micro sector on bullish percent you might have 10 stocks underlying it and a 6% reversal is 6/10ths of a stock. Doesn't make sense. Some sub sectors might have enough in them and they would be ok to watch for a bullish percent change but not the small stuff. T
