It will not return to normal no matter who wins. If Biden wins, then the riots will continue and they will increase their attacks on white people. We'll essentially have minority apartheid against whites. The Marxists will gain immeasurable power. The USA will be the latest to join the Communist ranks as the USSA. If Trump wins, there will be a civil war. We're already in a civil war, but only the Marxists are fighting. The normal Americans are hunkering down, silent, with head in the sand, hoping it will all go away. Marxists never go away. They won't stop until someone stops them. Yes, it is sad. There is nowhere left to run. This is Cuba and Venezuela all over again, but worse.
