This morning's selling (as low as $5 1/8) has been in small amounts, low overall volume (compared to recent days). If insiders plan to "dump", it doesn't seem to be happening today (so far). Nervous individuals, profit takers is probably more like it. As to the SEC registration, who knows? It's not a good sign, but not necessarily bad. Insiders have dozens of reasons they might not want to sell part of their holdings. Only when insiders are buying can you feel certain they expect a higher price - the reverse is not necessarily true.
