Spent yesreday with a restarant owner.

She gave her landlord an offer as her lease is up in Feb 21.

50% of the last lease . With an escalation clause if she ever gets back to prepandemic volumes.

Impossible with 40% occupency rules.

The landlord did not answer.

She will turn in the keyes come Feb.
