your post triggered what should have been an obvious albeit uncomfortable thought but wasn't, at least not until now Re <<huge infusion of capital from your way>> as one flanking army corp signals another on the same campaign front "ehhh ... how about your command send a wallop of capital across the pond this way" the hit against the planet is all at the same time everywhere none escaped the initial kaboom even as many reacted different and led on to second order effects that are actually not so different I fear there is not much from the order of battle to re-deploy as in Stalingrad at some juncture, time to serve the dead to the wounded, to save the wounded for later in the eventual TeoTwawKi and sometime D.I. the hits would be the same, likely, all-in, everywhere, all at the same time, separating the world into those with and without parachutes, crawling space, etc etc
