One of my nephews and his wife, who has student debt from becoming an RN, bought a new home in the San Francisco Bay Area two months ago because she has a hefty income created by her education paid for by her student loan.

Certainly very few Africans could afford to buy a home in Europe or America, let alone a home in the San Francisco Bay Area, and this concerns you.

But the real question is why can't most young Africans afford to buy a home in Africa? What is holding them back? I've been told the problem is capital hogging by Brazilo-African elites.
