At this point in time the SEC does not know Terry Nield exists. I am not sure that the capital destruction of a company (ITCO) would warrent jail. Obviously, Neild et al were only interested in inflating apparent worth so that they could sell shares in "shells" that they had obtained for pennies,thus the leaverage that now is destroying ITCO and seriously dilutes INCE. Needless to say, we are fortunate that Neild, Ross, et,al are far removed from INCE as new management now has a chance to create value for its shareholders. It is my understanding that the letter to shareholders and subsequent press releases will appear following posting of the 10K (hopefully this week).
