Pogeu Mahone thank you for sharing the personal story, I do not contradict anything you write but also have an open mind. I did increased based on your recommendation my intake of D3, and if you visit my FB page you will find that (latest on July 31 2020) I did recommend to the Israeli Knesset Committee, in 2015/6 to increase the exposure to sun of farm chickens and also the intake of vitamin K2 also a radical like D3 The links are provided below slideshare.net slideshare.net
