Do all of those drugs do more harm than good?

Here is D3 from a professional basketball coaches POV:

“XXXXX"
Just wanted to recap my last two months since beginning to take d3. I have increased my daily intake to between 40,000-50,000 IU daily each morning at about 5 am . I have noticed a glaring improvement in my overall mood . My anxiety disorder is almost non existent with the exception of a few bad days . I have significantly more energy throughout the day and I carry a more positive approach. My body also feels better . Muscles recover quicker after workouts and I've also increased the length of how long I work out each day . I can also report that my bad habits such as binge drinking and chewing tobacco have been cut back on . I have gone from drinking excessively 3 nights a week to having a few beers 1 weekend night a week . I was prescribed different anxiety medications such as Zoloft and Adivan for my disorder. I have discontinued taking both of those medications since starting d3. After suffering from my anxiety disorder for almost ten years, d3 has had the most positive affect on the amount of anxiety I suffer from . I've gone from chewing tobacco a tin a day to almost cutting it out cold turkey . Thank you for being persistent to get me started on d3.
