To all, Re: short position, note that the short pos shot up last fall to 2 plus mil after the stock ran through 16. Half of the 100 mil preffered was priced at 16, the other half will be priced at 25 in Feb. A certain portion of the preffered stock could have been sold short and could be covered in Feb when they can choose to excersize the conversion option to common. I wouldn't say they were very smart if they did but hindsite is always 20/20. Re: Europe, I don't think it will take away focus from the US as the US division is doing well on its own. A parallel path in Europe if it is run by the right person should not disrupt or slow down the expansion in the US. Of course it would put a slight drain on the Cash Flow but not the roll out. It depends on the Business Plan which none of us have seen. Hopefully we will be enlightened on the Qtr4 conference call. Re: Insider selling, Insiders have a small window every qtr to sell some stock if they want. Timing is not their decision. If they need cash for personal reasons and don't sell during this window they have to wait another qtr. See Ya! Ric D.

Kingpin: The fact that they are classified as 'execs' doesn't mean they are wealthy. Maybe they simply needed the money for personal reasons. Building a house, investing in a company, re-financing their mortgages, etc etc. Maybe gifts to children etc . College education ? Any number of tax reasons both present and future. Maybe they have set it up so their tax hit at hypo 100 will be less than if they let it ride. I'm sure we all have made financial decisions that made sense to us at that point in time, that would cause others to question our business sense. I didn't word that right but I think you'll get the drift. ac
